A look back
Origin and meaning of the company name
Founded in 2007 as a strategic cooperation between our Managing Director Matthias Junghänel and the POLIFILM Group, our aim was to supply the DIY market with plastic sheets/foils, construction sheets/foils and refuse sacks. This is still the case today.
But we would not be JUFOL if that were enough. Thanks to the decades of experience of both partners, both our customer base and our product range grew in the following years. Since 2016, we have also been successfully serving the garden sector in this way.
Another result of this cooperation is the showroom at our Augsburg location. Here, the entire JUFOL product range is vividly presented and, if required, can be quickly converted into sample constructions for our customers, which can then be finalised together in a personal meeting.
By the way, do you know what the name JUFOL stands for? Junghänel Folien. A quality promise made by our managing director himself.
